Bulletproof and Beautiful Metal Shower Pans - Fine Homebuilding

Article Image

Maybe it won’t actually stop a bullet, but a seamless copper or stainless steel shower floor will stay leak-free and handsome for years to come. And because Diamond Spas builds every pan by hand, they can tailor the size, shape, drain style, niches, and a number of other custom details to meet your needs.

  • Available in brushed stainless steel, aged copper, or raw copper
  • Each shower pan is custom made from 14-gauge sheet metal
  • Diamond Spas also builds custom metal wall panels, tubs, sinks, and pools
  • Pricing available on request (starting at $2,500 for copper and$2,300 for stainless steel shower pans)

Though I discovered Diamond Spas while searching for a modern alternative to traditional tile showers, shower pans are just one of many water features they design and build. They are happy to take on any metal projects from sinks to swimming pools and everything in between. Some of the company’s most striking creations are their soaking tubs (like deep oval stainless steel model in the photo below).

And the Diamond Spas designers and fabricators seem to be comfortable working in any style or location, judging by the beautiful outdoor shower they created for this rustic porch.
