This modern and open kitchen is the main gathering area for a family of five. The island was designed as the focal point, and has ample counter seating available for both family and friends. The beautiful and translucent hand blown pendant lights hang above the island to accent the space. The kitchen is connected to a three season room that has space for enjoying a fire or relaxing in the afternoon breeze. The island and the lighting were designed in proportion to each other making it much easier for me to get a well-composed image of this beautiful room.
